The intermediate class clip, taught across all four venues that week.
Hello.
Freestyle for a Fiver is still running at all four class nights right through to the end of August, and it’s been great to see the floor noticeably fuller after 9pm because of it.
Then into the weekend, Aston Clinton is back on Friday 21 August at the Red Kite Pavilion, with the chill-out bar running alongside the main room, followed by Greenwood Park on Saturday 22 August.
On Sunday 23 August, we’re back at Renhold for our Beginner and Improver Workshops.
If you’re still within your first few months of Ceroc, this is well worth doing. The Beginner workshop at 2pm gives you two hours to properly work on the foundations, revisit the things that can get rushed on a normal class night and build more confidence in your dancing.
The Improver session follows at 4:15pm for those ready to start adding a little more.
If you’ve been dancing for around 0–6 months, Sunday 23 August is a really good opportunity to give your dancing some focused time and help everything start to settle into place.
The class clip above comes from Buckingham on Monday 10 August.
Hope to see you on the floor.

Freestyle for a Fiver
Freestyle for a Fiver — every class night in August
On any class night in August you can come along from 9pm for freestyle only, for £5.
It runs at all four venues — Buckingham, High Wycombe, Stoke Mandeville and Bedford — on every class night in August.
For those already joining us from 7:30pm, nothing changes — and we hope it stays that way. This isn’t meant as a cheaper version of the full evening. The aim is simple: to bring more dancers onto the floor from 9pm, because a busier freestyle is better for everyone in the room.
We’re also guaranteeing at least 90 minutes of freestyle on every class night. Freestyle starts at 9pm, with Buckingham Mondays continuing through until 11pm.
Two things would really help make it work. Stay for the freestyle if you usually head off when the teaching finishes, and tell someone who hasn’t been for a while. At £5, with no class to commit to, it’s an easy way to step back onto the dance floor.
The full evening from 7:30pm remains £10, or £8 with a discount card.
One of our most popular nights out. A spacious floor at a lovely venue, music that keeps people dancing, and a crowd that draws in from right across the region. Four hours of freestyle, with the chill-out bar running alongside. £12 on the door.
Two Ceroc workshops at Renhold on the same afternoon, with Hayley and Richard teaching. The Beginner workshop runs from 2pm and is aimed at dancers around 0–6 months in; the Improver session follows at 4:15pm for those ready to add a little more. Take one or both. £20 for a single session, £35 for the pair.
