However you spend your day…

From Desk to Dance Floor

This is how to spend your evening. Music, movement, and a room full of people who started exactly where you are.

From desk to dance floor — workers by day, dancers by night

No partner needed · No experience needed · Just turn up

Ceroc isn’t just for “dancers”

Builder, nurse, accountant, teacher, office worker — whatever you do from nine to five, this is your chance to leave the working day behind. No deadlines, no emails, no spreadsheets.

Just great music, friendly people and a night out you’ll actually look forward to. You don’t turn up a dancer — you leave as one.

01

No partner needed

It’s absolutely fine to come on your own — in fact, most people do. Everyone moves around through the class, so you’ll dance with a whole range of people. You’re never left standing on the side.

02

No experience needed

Every night opens with a full beginners’ lesson, taught from scratch — and there are always other first-timers in the room. The teachers break each move down step by step.

03

Just turn up

There’s no course to enrol on and nothing to book ahead. Come whenever it suits you, pay on the door, and you’re straight in. Miss a week? Just pick up where you left off.

Why Ceroc?

Six reasons people keep coming back.

Come on your own

No partner needed; we rotate all night.

Friendly crowd

All ages and abilities, genuinely welcoming.

Learn fast

Most people are dancing on night one.

Switch off

A few hours of just you, the music and the moment.

Good for you

Hours of movement that never feels like exercise.

A skill for life

Once it clicks, you’ve got it for good.

Everyone starts somewhere

What people tell themselves

“I’m not a dancer.” “It’s not for people like me.” “I wouldn’t fit in.”

What’s actually true

Everyone feels the same nerves on week one. Everyone is welcomed in. And everyone can do Ceroc.

Your first night

What to expect when you walk in.

01

Arrive and say hello

There is no need to book—just come in, sign up and pay on the door. As a courtesy the doors are usually open a little before the advertised start, so if you arrive early you can come straight in rather than wait outside. Let the front-desk team know it is your first night and they will explain how everything works. First-time visitors will also complete a quick Ceroc membership registration.

02

Join the Beginners class

The class starts at 7:30pm and lasts around 45 minutes. Your teacher will take you through three moves from the very beginning, explaining each part clearly as you go. Partners rotate regularly, so you will meet and dance with plenty of different people.

03

Have your first few dances

After the lesson, the DJ plays a few tracks so you can try the moves you have just learned. Nobody expects you to remember everything straight away—this is simply a chance to practise, relax and start finding your feet.

04

Practise with our crew

While the 30-minute Intermediate class takes place, beginners have their own supported practice session. Our crew will go over the evening’s moves with you in a smaller, relaxed group and help with anything that did not quite click the first time.

05

Enjoy the freestyle

Once the classes finish, the DJ takes over and the dance floor opens for freestyle. This is the social part of the evening: ask someone to dance, practise what you know and enjoy the music. You do not need lots of moves—a few simple ones are more than enough to get started.

06

Come back whenever you are ready

There is no course to enrol on and no weekly commitment. Beginners are welcome every week, so you can return whenever it suits you. As the routines come around again, the moves will feel increasingly familiar and your confidence will grow naturally.

New member offer

6 classes for the price of 3 — £30

Keeping it up

After your intro pass, Ceroc stays an easy, affordable habit:
