WHAT IS CEROC
Easy to start. Plenty of room to grow.
Ceroc is an easy-to-learn lead-and-follow partner dance without fixed footwork. You’ll learn three moves in your first class, change partners throughout and then practise everything during the social freestyle. It works with a huge range of music with a steady beat, especially pop, soul, disco and those all-time club classics we all know and love.

YOUR FIRST NIGHT
What to expect when you walk in.
Arrive & sign in
Doors from 7:15pm. Pay on the door — no booking. Tell the crew it’s your first time.
Beginners class
Starts 7:30pm. 45 minutes, three moves, partners rotating throughout.
Practice & review
Small-group session led by the crew. Builds confidence before the freestyle.
Intermediate class
A 30-minute session for dancers past beginner. Watch from the side or step in.
Freestyle
DJ takes over and the floor opens up. Ask anyone for a dance.
Last dance
Make plans to come back next week — no commitment, but most people do. The moves build week on week.
