BedsBucks Ceroc

Ceroc partner dancing across Beds and Bucks.

What is Ceroc?

The UK’s most popular partner dance.

Ceroc is a social partner dance that draws from jive, salsa, ballroom and tango — simplified so that anyone can pick it up, fast. You don’t need any experience, any rhythm, or a partner to bring. You just turn up.

The teaching method is built around getting complete beginners dancing in a single evening. Three moves in your first class, rotating partners throughout, and a full freestyle session at the end of the night. Most people are back the following week.

It works to pop, soul, disco, Latin and blues. Once you can do it, you can dance with anyone, at any event, for the rest of your life.

BedsBucks

Ceroc in Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire.

BedsBucks runs four class nights every week across two regions. Bedford on Thursdays, Stoke Mandeville on Wednesdays, High Wycombe on Tuesdays, and Buckingham on Mondays — each venue with its own room, its own crowd, and its own feel.

Every night follows the same shape: an absolute beginners’ class to start, an intermediate class for those ready for more, and a freestyle session to finish where you put it all into practice. New dancers get a discount on their first visit. Regulars get music that’s actually worth dancing to.

Alongside the weekly classes we run monthly freestyle events and one-off workshops — chances to go deeper, dance longer, or focus on a specific skill. Everything is listed below.
